Morgellons? Just found black fiber... (having knee spasms)

I just found a black fiber which looks like morgellons. I wish I took a picture, and was planning on it but when I throw it outside on the ground... it seemed to VANISH. I could find no trace of it.

It was a long plasticy thin fiber which was attached to the bottom of my pant leg. The pants I'm wearing are kind of shiny luster, some kind of plasticy synthetic fibers, so initially I assumed it was part of the fabric. The reason I found it is my knee has started twitching and will not stop. It happens time to time but this has been going on for hours :( I didn't sleep enough and was trying to go back to sleep but then this twitching started, and then I found this fiber. I am realy really freaking out.

After I pulled it off the pant leg, (it was attached, kind of glued to it) it looked like it started jumping around!!! just like these youtube videos I've seen! I was holding it firmly in place between my fingers but it would jump around like it was alive or something. This is so scary. After I was looking at it for a few seconds it stopped. I realize it could be static electricity but it looked alive. I also noticed a bunch of small red dots around the area of my knees... (looks like molluscum contagiosum which I believe I may have had for years) but NOW I am wondering if it's morgellons.

I also always see tiny almost microscopic looking insects flying around in my room. sometimes a bit larger than gnats sometimes small like fruit flies or whatever, and now with the idea of morgellons, I'm wondering if they are coming out of me. I have cysts all over in every joint. Maybe they are bundled morgellons or other parasites, I do not know. I also pass what look like tape worm eggs in my stool time to time and I have seen Ascaris looking things too.

I don't know what to do. This disease/condition/conspiracy/(whatever it is!!!) is nothing short of horrifying. I realize the medical system has no tests or treatment or even belief in this. How could they do this to people? If the goals are truly depopulation, I think there could have been less horrific ways they could have accomplished this. Hell, this condition practically it makes what the nazis did seem HUMAINE. Though I really doubt it's intentional now. It's starting to seem like genetic modification reprecussions. Super insects having spread to livestock into our food and into us. Who knows though, when you start to research into the connections with chemtrails and all. Heh. This world is doomed. I hate having to be one of the first victims.
