Re: Near suicide - still no answers - I know what triggers it but why can't doctors find out what's wrong???
Hi knowledge seeker, I'm impressed with a lot of your suggestions. It looks like you're recommending a mucusless diet. I recently finished a 19-day orange juice fast - I fast regularly. Caution must be taken though, when fasting; damage can be caused if there is too much mucus being expelled at once. It will come out any way it can, through the skin, the teeth, etc. I was just re-reading Arnold Ehret's little book "Mucusless Diet". He talks about using a transition diet to work your way toward fasting. He explains how to slow down the expulsion of mucus/toxins if your system is being overwhelmed.
Fruits = cleansing.
One of the things Ehret recommends is eating vegetables (salads etc.), as well as fruit, during the transition diet. Both raw and some cooked vegetables are used to slow down the cleansing process if needed.
I'm not so much into Dr Schulze products, I find them expensive. I think that
Dr. Schulze has a lot of good info though. I like using essential oils and I'm having a lot of success with MH's herb and sprays.
The incurables program is something I haven't been drawn to because it seems complicated and extremely time-consuming. I'm more attracted to simplicity.
If you're trying to do all those things at once, you must feel overwhelmed.
Personally, I don't follow one person or method. I take bits of what resonates with me from different places.
I don't like the products sold by herballegacy that you link to. Many people on Curezone have said that Mountain Rose herbs is good; I haven't tried their products.
Food for thought: I think that
Colloidal Silver is extremely toxic to the body. It's a metal and not something that we would naturally feel drawn to consume.
Generally speaking, some of the folks on Curezone sell
Colloidal Silver . Some sell iodine. It's not always apparent to readers who sells what.
Sometimes it's obvious that forum moderators are selling herbs, like Uny and MH. I prefer it when this info is there for everyone to see.
I definitely agree with you on the
parasite cleansing. I've had success with
Liver Flushing too.
If I were starting this process, I would take anti-
parasite herbs and LBB for at least a week, then do a liver flush, then do a fast for a few days, then another
Liver Flush one or two weeks after the first one. Then I would fast for as long as my system wasn't overwhelmed, then I'd do the transitional diet, and then fast again, then transitional diet again, etc. If I felt that my system was getting too clogged up, I'd do another couple of liver fasts, a week or two apart from each other. During all of this, I would continue the anti-
parasite herbs and LBB but lower the amount of herbs if cleansing too fast (I wouldn't lower the amount of LBB though, it's really important to take enough). I'd also take some healthy plant fats daily and sorghum molasses or high quality dark maple syrup as a source of plant minerals that the body can assimilate. Herbs aren't taken just before or during liver flushes. I do believe that fasting using fruit juice is the ideal way to fast, as fruit is nature's cleanser and when we no longer have to digest food, our body's energies go towards "housecleaning" instead.
I'd also use caution with the word vegan. It's not a super-healthy way to eat if they're eating lots of tofu, beans, rice, fats, and refined carbohydrates. You'll see what I mean if you look up "vegan" recipes online.
Now I'm looking at ways to alkalinize my body through my diet. I found an old book which lists the acidity/alkalinity of foods as they affect the body. We can so easily create a "toxic dump" in our bodies and just by changing what we eat and drink makes a huge impact on our health. Sometimes the results are fast and some things take longer to heal. Sometimes the answers are so simple and apparent that we have trouble seeing them, like the story "The Emperor's New Clothes".
Best of luck on your healing journey,
Mira
