If u dont like the smell then what's the use of taking it.
Raw garlic should be chewed/crushed to bring out the active constituents.
I like garlic Oil if I use a supplement, but I use LARGE doses of oil if I dont have fresh, 35,000MG + in a day. I also combine it with Turmeric/Curcumin.
Adding cayenne to the garlic is a good bet, it helps carry the treatment to more parts of the body than it would normally reach, although garlic does reach pretty much anywhere I imagine, but cayenne can't hurt especially with parasites!
