Re: cholesterol
a few notes...
1. genetics - genes are influenced by and *change* with changes in the environment - including diet. If the environment is changed permanently, then so are our genes... not to say that they couldn't be changed back again - given enough time (generations upon generations).
everyone knows what changes the environment - man made chemicals, pollutants, including radiation, GMOs etc. etc.
2. I do think that Alzheimer's has been around a lot longer than what he states - though rare. It is just a severe form of progressive dementia... 1907 I believe is when the term Alzheimer's was first used - first case identified in 1901 - not 1979. Correlated is that the diagnosis and the name occurred within 30 - 40 years of first using coal tar wastes for fertilizers - which broke the sulfur cycle.
3. think about that - sulfur compounds in fat... for the most part - animal fats. then think about canola, soy, etc. with little sulfur and that they have added sulfur to stabilize the oils... and you will begin to find **the** problem with these types of oils/fats.
4. note the diet - impotency connection - and then think tribal cultures that ate with the seasons - **there were seasons for that**.
