There are foods that can feed your glands and help keep hormones balanced, like wheat germ and its oil, raw honey, sesame seeds/tahini, and brewer's yeast.
The Tibetan Five Rites are aimed at balancing the chakras and thus the glands and hormones.
Then there's boron - today 's the day I seek and hope to find Borax in the store!
