Heart palpitations with die off

Hey I am new to this forum but not new to Candida.
I got a real bad case of it when I was trying to conceive my last child but pretty much ignored it. Got pregnant and then halfway through the pregnancy it got horrible and I was having bad anxiety and heart palpitations which where directly related to eating wheat/sugar so I went gluten free sugar free and the anxiety and heart palpitations stopped. Couldn't detox anyways because of pregnancy. Now, i am 7 months post partum, breastfeeding and in late July I had a bad flare up again. Eating too much fruit and slacking on the gluten free diet I believe caused the flare. Anyways, I am so done with this candida crap. I've dealt with it for over a year. 2 weeks ago I stopped all sugar and most grains and am closely following the candida diet. I am not taking any antifungals yet, because the die off from just starving them is sooo much. Fuzzy thinking, nausea, abdominal pain, heart palpitations, panic attacks, anxiety, dry mouth, irritability. A major flare up of symptoms that I get when my candida is out of control which I know in my head this is die off but it's so scary and I was hoping the worst would be over by now. Are there other people out there that have had bad die off from just diet and it lasted a while? BTW, I went to a cardiologist last year and got my heart checked and it's healthy so I don't suspect a heart problem. I am taking Molybdenum, bentonite clay, aloe vera gel and magnesium at night. Advice? I don't want to detox too much because I am breastfeeding which is why I am not adding antifungals yet.
