USA dentist recommended mouthwashes

I did not see alcohol-free Oral B mouthwash available in the USA. I read ACT mouthwash is equivalent to it. However, ACT mouthwash has fluoride in it.

Alcohol Free Mouthwash with Fluoride

"These are the two best mouthwashes that I recommend. Listerine Total Care Zero and ACT Anticavity Rinse (which is different than Act Restoring Rinse)."

Alcohol Free Mouthwash without fluoride

"Listerine Zero. There is another brand of alcohol free mouthwash called Crest Pro-Health. I do not recommend the Pro-Health mouthwash because it stains the teeth."

It is advised to especially use the mouthwash at bedtime since most bacteria accumulates while you sleep.
