Those are alot of bacteria! You went through awarzone, but you seem alive and well just from reading your posts. It sucks horrendously that you would have probably made no progress in the hospitals, with the Antibiotics having you return to repair what they destroyed. Do you maintain your regimen to keep the infections away?

The kefir seems like good stuff, cheap and good for you? Show me the way...
