I know your post is not recent but I have been dealing with this for a year now. All I do is keep researching and finding evidence that I use my digital microscope to take pictures and of course try to identify samples by magnifying them. I think I need a better microscope. 150% is not enough power to see the very small specks. My brain fog is getting so bad that I forget things that are very important. I try to write everything down and copy each web site I find to my email. I've added so much information that there must be hundreds of web sites I've saved all into one email that I keep forwarding to myself every time I add something new. I have over 900 pictures I've taken with the microscope. Someone here suggested a microscope but I'm not sure who. I don't mind spending a few hundred dollars on a good microscope. If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Your life sounds a lot like mine. I can't talk to anyone about this because they just think I'm crazy. I can't just sit down and relax because I always see something or think of something I need to goggle. I'm losing my mind because of all of this but after all the research I have done I have come to the same conclusion that you have. Everywhere I go there are black specks (on kitchen counters, bathroom counters, floors and everywhere you can imagine. I also clean my washing machine. I use Q-tips to get into the hard to get places. I was reading a post (conversation) just the other day about a man who feels like this is going to kill him and he worries about his little girl and wife. I bought Colloidal Silver (the best type) thinking this was the answer but I don't think it really works. I also believe this has something to do with cotton. I opened a sealed bottle of a medication that I take that has been sitting in my drawer for months and I had to remove the foil on the top of the bottle and then pull the huge cotton ball out of the bottle. I found strange things on the cotton that I swear were there when I pulled it out. How in the heck could these things be in a sealed bottle? I took pictures but I need a higher power microscope. This is the biggest nightmare ever. I'm so very sorry that you are going thru this and anyone else who is going thru this. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I hope you see this post and are able to reply. Also, if anyone else sees my post I would love to hear from you also. I pray that someone finds a solution for all that suffer and stop referring us to therapists like we are just crazy. It's so degrading.
