That's very interesting to me. On the one hand, I can see how I would be addicted to the foods that are harming me-- I'm no stranger to addiction. At the same time, I've heard a lot about how the body will often crave the things it needs. I tend to crave blueberries, avocados, dates, mushrooms, garlic, and eggs. Maybe this is something I should take into consideration while cutting out foods and observing the effects.
I also know that my vegetarianism might not be helping symptoms much, but from a personal ethical point of view I find it very difficult to even consider eating meat.
Is GABA potentially dangerous to take?
Also, will folate fortified foods be labeled as such? Will it appear as an ingredient or a note on the box (many almond milk brands I purchase are marked as Vitamin D fortified, for example).
