So far nobody has found someone who will do it, including cosmetic dermatologists. Maybe the treatment just doesn't make much sense. It was a case from over 50 years ago after all.

My derm said it didn't make sense to try, and every other derm seems to agree. Maybe it's just not a very logical treatment.
