Im curious to know why your doctor tested for hiv? I have had many tests done but my doctor never tested for that. I had to directly ask for it but that came out negative (thankfully).

If you had it for 10 years, that says something of your good health state for not feeling the effects of that virus for that long... Three hours straight of exercise is impressive.

I hope the zappers knock it down.
