I wanted to post once more. Have you given Far Infrared Sauna s much of a chance so far? I have been researching them, and they sound amazing, but you need one that actually emits FIR. I'm getting the portable Relax FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) Sauna, because it puts out 100% FIR. I believe I was poisoned with a quinolone years ago as a teenager--I became very, very sick. I have improved much over the years but still struggle with getting fatigued easily, run low-grade fevers, etc. I'm hoping the FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna will greatly help.

Also, with the liposomal glutathione, Seeking Health is a good brand and so is Empirical Labs. Both sell on Amazon.
