nutritional or brewers yeast unless you need stronger B vitamin support or a specific B like B1 and then a good B vitamin with bioactive forms.
fermented cod liver oil
a good bioactive protein powder - could be gelatine, whey, or plant (brown rice, pea, hemp, etc.) - be careful though - some people do not convert any kind of plant nutrition well and require an animal product.
on Iodine - I favor natural sources, however, these days I find it hard to believe that we have any unpolluted sources of sea vegetables any more - thorvin and perhaps Maine Coast being two of the better choices.
this is all assuming a sound, nutrient dense diet, with little to no alcohol, processed foods/sugars etc.
