I wanted to suggest yoga but assumed mog would not be into the methods or time needed. Those into Yoga stretching/meditation should have the best bodies. Yoga using more stretch/rest/wisdom. Few do yoga because of the time/dedication needed, the average person is working longer/harder every year to keep up with the Jones.
I would love to have the time needed to do 1/2 the things I suggest people do. It seems like we work 14 hours a day anymore.
