Re: Some Thoughts On EC

I have something pretty interesting to report here folks. The other night I was looking at my lips in the mirror while I was about to strop my knife (I really NEED this hobby!). I got so damn mad that I put my knife & strop down, made a duck face with my lips, and then I pressed them really, REALLY hard with my hands. I saw blood rush into them and they turned a real dark red. I pressed and held them for so long that the area around my mouth looked as if someone gave me a hickey there.

Well, two days later, I actually see a hair that has grown out of the lower part of my lip. I have never seen a hair there before. I mean, come on, lips don't grow hair, right?

Also, a lot of the Fordyce spots at the outer edge of my top lip have either gotten smaller or disappeared completely.

This adds more credibility to Longterm's theory of some kind of glandular problem. Maybe the excess rush of blood flushed out any toxins in the area or unclogged a particular gland so that it can stop or start secreting fluid.

Maybe we should jelq our lips to promote healing by increasing blood flow. Does any of this sound crazy or ridiculous yet? I've kinda been going back and forth with my desperation to get rid of this. Sometimes I take really long looks in a mirror, and I use an LED flashlight (another hobby of mine) to try to see beyond the mucosa part of my lips.

This is how I detected the little white dots I see after I take a shower. The LED light really uncovers a lot of details you probably wouldn't see otherwise because you can use a small mirror and place the flashlight really close. I use my Zebralight cool white SC600 for this, or if I want a higher color rendering light then I'll use my EagleTac D25C2 neutral white.

Anyway, just thought I'd throw this out there. After-all, this is more of an information forum than anything else.
