Re: Panic attacks, do they stop?

I had the panic attacks as well, it's such a horrible, horrible feeling. I'm 5 years post-removal, so they have gone away quite a while ago, and it took me longer than most to get over them. I strongly recommend staying away from caffeine. I still can't have it, even this far out. Get your vitamin D levels and thyroid checked, if you can. Avoid alcohol as well, and get lots and lots of sleep. Try to de-stress your life as much as possible. Then it's just a matter of healing over time, which you will. You are doing all the right things by exercising and eating healthy. Many have done detoxes and had great success. I haven't, so I can't speak to that. If you still can't get relief, as a last resort you could try prescription meds. I'm sure others have recommendations as well, but I was put on a low dose of atenolol (a beta blocker for high blood pressure), and small dose of Zoloft, which helped at the time. I am long since off of them.

Hope this helps!
