I think if a diet doesn't start making you feel better within a month, you're probably on the wrong diet. Since I've been posting here, I've seen tons of people complain about getting no results or even worsening on the "candida diet."
I've then seen a lot of testimonials on other sites by people who think they have this candida thing and improving on a high-fruit/low-fat/sufficient-calorie diet.
Even though I never had this candida thing, I was on low-carb diets that are similar to the candida diet and it partially what was causing my problems. The other thing that was causing my problems was not getting sufficient calories my body needed and coincidentally (or not), the symptoms of chronic candida mirror the symptoms of under-eating.
