WHEAT-FREE, (NOT necessarily gluten-free)

Being a quote/unquote gluten-free person, I NEED to listen to this again and pay more attention.

I realized I was drifting when I heard him say something to the effect of 'so being WHEAT-free is important when looking at labels, because if you are still buying stuff on the shelves that say GLUTEN-free, you WILL still have issues that include unwanted weight gain.'

I didn't use actual quotation marks because I'm going from memory - thus - I need to watch this again.

Thank you!
