My Dad did have a kidney infection and was not receiving Antibiotics to treat it. I thought since the manuka honey is a natural Antibiotic it might help him beat the kidney infection.

My gut feeling is he was ready to go, but I wish I knew then what I know now, so maybe he would have had a fighting chance.
