Your body is thanking you much as of now. I trusted MH, once I stopped weight lifting and became a fruitarian. Over the many months of cleansing and fruitarian diet I have became much more stronger and "intune" with my inner body. I must admit it is a different strength and endurance feeling although it is the one which fits me well. For instance, once I play a single game of street ball most guys are keeping up.... Two or three games after that is when the real evidence appears that there body is unable to keep up and they are lacking the vital nutrients. They begin to slow down, miss shots, become distracted, etc... Lightweight training is key to me.
On a side note... Yesterday was the first day I worked out in 4 months. It was apparent to me that I performed at the optimal level of my previous bodily condition without being in shape or having a "feel" for the game. Makes me wonder how I will perform once my body rewires my thinking and becomes in shape... I was never really tired although I did spit up some left over mucous. Once I move to my new house the real fun will appear. Here we come OJ.
