The "correct" way is to take Iodine separate from vit C.
But I didnt know this until a year into Iodine supplementation, so I chose to continue my way of taking Iodine in my morning drinks / vit C.
I had never been able to give my kids iodine if it wasnt for tea or juices; and it worked fine with them too.
I`d say find a way to take iodine and other supplements that suits your diet, and daily doings. - the most important is to take enough iodine, IMO.
