Ginagirl set my mind at rest re taking vitamin C with Lugol's so I've just started doing the drops in water with C/MSM. Not a tasty drink but it goes down fast enough. That's my first libation of the day.
When I remember, I take a tblsp. of bee pollen. The salt loading I'm doing right now (which I do after the bee pollen) consists of a 1/4 tsp of ancient Sea Salt /garlic in broth, along with a tablespoon of gelatin. Tastes good. Sometime during the day I take the companion nutrients, going to do that now.
I usually take more supplements late at night with a cup of herbal tea like Tulsi
to which I add gelatin.
