What is this? I'm freaked!

I found this today after almost 4 months of cleansing and different flushes. Everyday it is a surprise what I will find. The 'yuck' factor is not as strong as it used to be, but this is totally different. Is it one of those 'rope parasites'? I tried to include a picture, but am not doing it right.
