My Christopher LBB is in 00 capsules and contains cayenne pepper, I can't tell any difference in it than yours. The Schulze Intestinal Formula #1 has the African Bird Pepper in it.
Sadly, none of these products worked for me, they just made things worse. I feel like I have wasted over $100.00.
