Re: seriphos for 3-4am high cortisol??

I haven't tried taking before any meals. I do have to wonder if that would be prudent, due to the fact that my cortisol levels are all within normal levels for the 4 readings. It was only high on the 5th, middle of the night reading.

I just trying to make sure I'm not "chasing my tail", so to speak.

I'm still not even sure if a high cortisol reading at 4:15am is abnormal. I have read that the levels should be lowest form approximately 12 midnight till around 4am,.. so who knows.

I mean, at what time of the morning does cortisol start to rise? Around 4am perhaps?,...in which case my reading was normal, and I am indeed "chasing my proverbial tail".
