Re: Foamy Urine

Foamy or excess bubbly urine has been in my case  bad protein digestion or bad metabolites from the protein digestion(excess ammonia?). At times the foamy urine has been greatly reduced when I took an antifungal that inhibits candida . I did a test where I went on a short diet of only carbs and bingo very little to no foamy urine. So I pinpointed my case to the above reasoning. Seems like fungal candida becomes very good at producing excess ammonia. I found  protein shakes to cause very foamy urine and it elevated ammonia levels according to the testing.

White meat seems to cause much less issues than red meat. Steak has been the worst offender  for me as it always seems to cause a little gut discomfort. Just my case though.
