Hello Ecogenie2,

The second post in this thread gives the information on how to mix up a topical spray. Over the three years since this was posted the only change has been to buffer the pH up to the 4.5 - 5 range when it is to be used on sensitive skin. Sensitive skin can have adverse reactions to lower pH solutions.
