it's not like I pound up the aquaphor on my lips. If my lips feel fine then there really isn't a reason to put the steroid cream on (in my opinion). Once I feel like they're ready I put the cream on, but max 2 times a day. But yes on top of the aquaphor, it's not a big deal really. You just need to keep the lips moist with a constant barrier. The steroid just helps a little bit. (from my experience) Tweet
