I still get buildup. But this new steroid cream I am using is so much like aquaphor, its really cool and its bring down the inflammation in my lips considerably. Its only .1% HC so its pretty mild if you ask me. But no I haven't had a culture, and I don't plan on getting one because I don't think it'll make much of a difference. :)
