Kidney cysts

I am in incredible pain! Can anybody advise regards cysts on kidneys?

Cyst was originally detected at 4.5 cm ... i was told it is not benign and therefore nothing to worry about. One year later I was still experiencing discomfort and a "cyst is noted in the right kidney upper pole with thin septa having bosniak ii features. No calcification or solid component. On the coronal reformats, the right upper pole cyst measures 7.8 x 6.2 cm. There are also small cortial cysts in the lower pole of left kidney. There is no renal tract calculus, hydronephrosis or perinepheric collection. The ureters are not dilated, the bladder outline is normal. No wall thickening or bladder mass identified."

On both occasions, I was told to come back a year later ... I am in tremendous pain and feel let down by the medical fraternal. Any council and or recommended treatment will be welcome. I am prepared to travel to USA for any treatment?
