still confused about Baker's yeast - why does it kill Candida...? why cant i have a little in bread.....?

this paper says C. Cerevisiae kills Candida

BUT: this is baker's yeast and we are supposed to avoid it....right?

I THOUGHT YEAST WAS THE ENEMY...if I can use these yeasts to kill Candida why cant I use a little yeast in my bread????

Can someone explain why/what yeast is good / bad...
