still confused about Baker's yeast - why does it kill Candida...? why cant i have a little in bread.....?

Hello all:

this paper says C. Cerevisiae kills Candida

http://www.academicjournals.org/ijmms/PDF/Pdf2011/March/Premanathan%20et%20al...

BUT: this is baker's yeast and we are supposed to avoid it....right?

this paper says s. Boulardii ( A YEAST!!!) kills Candida...

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17885943

I THOUGHT YEAST WAS THE ENEMY...if I can use these yeasts to kill Candida why cant I use a little yeast in my bread????

Can someone explain why/what yeast is good / bad...

very confused....
