Hi, light coloured BM indicate that bile was not added to the mix during digestion. This should have occured about 45 minutes after you ate, right after morsels of food are beginning to be released by the stomach.
Bile production reacts to the level of acidity of your stomach. Not acid enough? No bile for you.
So: increase the acidity of your stomach. Take lemon juice with your food. Take dilluted vinegar after your meal (swallow, don't swish it around your teeth unless you like to eat your enamel). Take Hydrochloride.
Light BM was my first indication for serious malnutrition at the cellular level (can't uptake what you can't digest).
Using acidifiers and lying flat starting 45 minutes after a meal gave my body the tool to digest properly including the use of bile.
Ease a bit on the stress you are putting your body under: take small meals, take a rest, postphone the liver flux and other things for a bit. You are prone to remain in Fight or Flight with copper fleeting around your blood and you need to get to Rest and Digest in order to get bile flowing.
Btw, stomach acidity is determined by the cortisol from your adrenals.
