Exactly happened to me, it was my second flush.. I tried with fasting and stones were popping out after 2nd or 3rd dose of Epsom Salt .. along with diarrhea .. I guess ES loosen up the duct and stones (or whatever you want to name them, hard enough to feel during diarrhea) got passage to come out..
