You need to eat what makes your digestive system and health stronger. And on top of that list would be raw vegetables, followed by fruits. Broccoli and cauliflower are great, lettuce and cucumber of less interest. Go for kale, spinach, leafy greens. Avoid animal proteins when cleansing, especially red meat. And of course pasteurized dairy and glutenous grains.
