please do some research on the net regarding Aloe Vera and SIBO - sometimes is counterproductive - it contains lots of polysacharides. could try ginger tea for inflammation and turmeric - they should be quit cheap. try them
the same with trace minerals and bacteria - Ca, Mg, Fe (iron) is used by bacteria to build biofilm and so harder to eradicate or relapse is more frequent.
