new SG-1 and F165

Hi!

I just purchased a new SG-1 and F165 (and have a Harmony Evolution chip on the way) and I am confused with how to proceed. Everytime, I blink I'm being asked to pay $200 for the frequencies. I subscribed to Jeff Sutherland's yearly research but only found a few random viruses that I don't believe I have. Where do I go from here and how to do I know what to zap for? Is there any easy protocol to follow? I read about some people taking Transfer Factor. How do I know if I should take this? I have severe asthma. The blog says nothing about asthma. I have an extremely low metabolism that makes it hard for me to function in life. I have eczema, brain fog, etc. I don't see anything about this on the subscribed website. Where do I begin? I am so confused and a little discouraged... Thanks for any help!
