I sorry that my post was imprecise. I too was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 1994 but another doctor on another day may have diagnosed fibromyalgia.

I have followed a treatment plan for fibromyalgia which was very similar to CFS.

I suffered from all 5 types of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome over time including gastric but there wasn't any cure available through my doctor, although I did find help here on curezone.

The tools that helped me most were:

A good not taxing Diet (I chose the HAY diet)
Plenty of rest
Relaxation in the afternoon
Stretch and rhythmic exercise
Dumping medication for natural solutions
Getting my digestive system operating through the liver-flush. Tweet
