While I agree that a natural, non-chemical approach is best, if you are set on taking drugs to kill the yeast over-growth then Nystatin is often prescribed in conjunction with Fluconazole. The Nystatin is good for yeast that are in the digestive tract but will do nothing for the yeast that end up invading other areas of the body,think brain fog, ear infections, etc.
It is refreshing to see a pharmacist who is not brain washed by the big drug company party line. I am sure they make mega $$ on all manner of prescription drugs treating symptoms of Candida yeast but not treating/reducing the Candida.
