Near suicide - still no answers - I know what triggers it but why can't doctors find out what's wrong???

I have severe, life-crippling brain fog that will not go away. I have gone from a very highly-functioning, compassionate, loving, motivated young adult to a pathetic loser who can barely string two words together.

I know what triggers my brain fog: eating. When fasting for 24 hours or more, or taking diuretics and laxatives to rid my body of all food contents, all of my symptoms disappear.

I have been tested for food allergies /sensitivities and I am sensitive to a few foods (wheat, gluten, peanuts, etc.) but after eliminating all of these foods I still have the same problems. It seems that no matter what I eat I get these symptoms triggered (brain fog, confusion, lethargy, exhaustion, etc.).

I know food causes my problem. I never had these types of problems before, and all of my symptoms have started suddenly about 4 years ago.

I am struggling hard to find out why this is happening, but many doctors are unwilling to help.

I am very close to suicide and cannot live like this anymore.

I have recently been thinking parasites, or perhaps mold, but am unsure.

I tested positive for mycotoxins, but am unsure why they would be in my urine in the first place, and why my symptoms would be worse after eating if these toxins are already in my body. This could also be another dead end.

Carbs seem to be worse for me but all food causes my symptoms.
