I think that the real cause of death may be difficult to determine.

But i also think that behaving as if nothing happened and everything is positive and happens when it has to happen is a bad attitude ! It is probably a marketing strategy to keep Andreas reputation clean. (and to sell more books ?)

I think that we (humans) can't make progress by lying to ourselves and by lying to others. We have to confront the sometimes hard reality and try to find solutions. At least that's my belief and my attitude.
