Please help with treatment: Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Gram Negative Bacilli, Escherichia Coli

I need help with my english bulldog Buddha (picture displayed on profile pic - far left). I have come to this site in the past for helpful info for myself now i am relying on help for my "family"

Buddha: skin scabs that won't heal

Results of skin culture:

Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
Gram Negative Bacilli / kiebsiella pneumoniae
Escherichia Coli

the vet says one of these is only treatable with an very expensive injectable for 5 days in a row and most likely it will come back and treatment will have to be repeated. each time damaging his kidney. with prolong use...kidney failure.

His brother Jeffrey (on right). is 1yr old. displaying seizure like movements. after reading about the above bacteria, I found that is a symptom. I am scared to death that Buddha has infected Jeffrey. Please help.
