Parasite that looks like hair

This is exactly as the title says. Whenever I got to the bathroom I notice this thin, hairlike strand coming out of me. Now, before I go on I warn you this next part may be a little graphic, so if you cringe I apologize. This appears to comes out of my vagina and while I go I don't feel it coming out or anything. I haven't been bloated, tired, or noticed any change in anything down there. It looks just like my hair, comes out in groups of one to four and is unmoving. Before you ask, yes I do check my underwear to make sure there's no hair in there beforehand. I'm 95% sure it's parasitic. Why? Well for one I had pinworms and the likelihood of me having something else along with them is pretty high. Now, here's another thing lot of times when my rear is itchy I wipe and cne of those things comes out. Granted it's shorter and a little thicker than the other ones I've seen, so I'm not sure what it is (a different species perhaps?)

So, I would like to know how dangerous this thing is and what's the best way to get rid of it without my parents knowing of course (I'm trying to avoid being called insane as I was with the pinworm fiasco earlier this year) and not going to the doctor (last time I tried to go to a doctor for worm issues they found nothing, despite what I saw and felt). I'm not as freaked out or worried as I was with the pinworm thing, despite the things I've seen. I'm just open and ready to accept whatever advice can be given to me. There's not much information online either,so since this site helped last time, maybe it can help again.

*EDIT* Let it also be known that I'm eating a lot more vegetables, some of which get semi-cooked in fresh garlic, so, could this also be why I'm seeing some of this stuff? Tweet
