Re: tropical disease clinics in Tijuana or Mexicali?
great. thanks -david-
this is dr simon yu I am seeing. I think he is a brilliant doctor but that I might have a particularly challenging amoebic co-infection that may need the help of a tropical disease expert.
he has been very helpful nonetheless. found out I had a rogue wisdom tooth that never came down that was impacting another tooth. that day he didn't chrge me for the appt. right after he got the biological dentist nearby on the phone to squeeze me into his sched for the next day
and I had the procedure done. which cost me 500$. didn't even have to have a consult with him.
tomorrow I see him again before going back to California. hoping actually to be at my worst cycle so he can gather as much info possible on whats happening. he is an artist at what he does. has lots of success using these methods. I wish my case was simpler. he has 1 Friday out of every
month where his place is a walk in clinic. you pay what you can afford, even if its a 2 hour initial visit.
do you think the hospital angeles would run extensive amoebic testing on me if I brought that request with me?
or the other lab? can you go directly to the other lab without a doctors consult? or do they have someone to consult there?
and did you get specific
parasite bloodwork done? my issues are barely GI issues but cetral nervous system and I need urgent identification on the culprit. i'm not expecting stool or saliva to show anything.
do you think this is worth it for me?
my best bet is dr yu finding it,,, he uses darkfield microscopy. but doesn't use standard testing methods. a good thing perhaps a lot of the time but also a negative thing perhaps in this situation.
for larger
parasites I think its right on, the Accupuncture meridian assessment . he tends to find what meridians get blocked by parasites/worms. he knows where to look for them.
let me know. I go back to california on sat. and if hell is braking loose ineed back up plans.
