I was googling to find some answers to my questions above, and I found a lot of people trying to disprove the LF.
One said her mom had gotten her gallbladder removed and the stones were grayish and more like stones.

This 'liver flush' is a complete fake I'm sorry to say.
It is very believable though, because it is publicised by people who invariably believe in it themselves.
The Olive Oil, Acid and Bile in your stomach plus the acid in the lemon or grapefruit juice combine to make congealed lumps.
You might want to ask - why olive oil? and why do most of the internet recipes for this insist on 'extra virgin oliv oil' - its simply because its green and therefore more likely to make you think they are gallstones.
If you keep them in a warm place, they will melt back down to the oil. Real gall stones made of cholesterol or bilirubin don't do this. "
