I am just saying, not sure if this would have helped. I am in the 4 lows now working with a new Practitioner, Theresa Vernon. She told me not to do the sauna while in the 4 low. She stated something to the fact that you are already low in minerals and it will only bring the minerals down lower. So just wondering if that caused you guys to stay in the 4 lows and not respond well to the diet and supplements. Plus I am only on minerals and not vitamins do to the fact the vitamins will deplete the minerals more while in the 4 lows.
