I was diagnosed with dysbiosis,candida overgrowth and low igA in my gut.
I need advise on diet.
When I first started to think candida might be a problem in March,I started to cut down on carbs.
Since November I am on strict diet,as advised by nutritionist.No carbs at all,smoothies,coconuts,yogurts,plenty of veggies,lean meats.
I am loosing weight,feeling tired,start to see undigested food in my stool.
How long you were on strict diet ?
How did you introduced carbs back to your diet ?
I am also using antifungals(4months) and probiotics(5months) and l-glutamine(1month)
When should I stop antifungals and focus on repopulating/repairing my gut?
