Hey Vunk! Yes I swish it in my mouth and then swallow it. One tablespoon (or two per day). The inflammation on the middle pic is when the skin is peeling. I think it is traumatic for the skin to be in this state. The reason I do this is because in the past before my lips peeled I'd get clear liquid filled blisters where the skin was separating on the vermillion boarder and on my gums(painful!). This was because the skin was trying to separate from healthy skin.
Since using coconut oil this has completely stopped.
Soilwork my skin is GLOWING. I think with moisturizers it's different strokes for different folks. It's just interesting because I had Accutane for Acne when I was 16 years old (am 28 now). Lucky for me I am a girl and could go on the pill which stopped my acne. But I was forever left with dry and overly sensitive skin. So natural products are the best for me. I don't use it every night, only when I feel like I need it. It's all about listening to what your body needs :)
