I'm still thinking it's a calorie-deficiency issue with you:

CHART YOUR CALORIE INTAKE!!! Make sure you're *at least* getting 3k a day. Shoot for more like 4k a day.
I'd eliminate all dairy and even nuts and seeds for the time being, just in case you're having allergies to them. Since you're eating turkey, you're getting all the fat you need and don't need to add any other overt fats.
