Use a spray bottle to inhale the mist as you breath in. Empty and wash out an old nasal spray bottle(sterlize and clean it) and put CS( Colloidal Silver ) into it. Go to cgcsforum and this site will help you to make CS silver out of IS(ionic silver) IS silver is more likely to give the blues to you than CS. Read info on the site, will help you a lot!! Spraying the CS into lungs and sinus put more silver at where you need it with out wasting it elsewhere in the body. You wont get the same mg's at your lungs and sinuses by drinking the CS/IS, you would have to take in large amounts. Much easier to spray into and get the best effects. Tweet
